Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Removed almost all traces of libkern.a. The objects that were in libkern.a are now specified by listing their source files in files.${MACHINE}. The list is machine-dependent to save space.
