Bump the CD boot loader up to 1.1 so that the FICL upgrade a while back will not fail thinking that the loader version is stale. This lets us use the Forth code on the CD now. 2001-11-21 23:16:26 +00:00			`1.1: New semantics for finding the kernel, new boot.`
