loader: set options before including bsd.init.mk bsd.init.mk ends up including defs.mk so the per-arch options must be set before including defs.mk, or else the global defaults will be used and the per-arch ones will be ignored. Although better, note that the usage of MK_FDT before the inclusion of bsd.init.mk is incorrect but doesn't lead to build errors. powerpc/boot: Move ubldr to /boot/uboot, and make this a separate filesystem Summary: Now that mpc85xx can boot via ubldr, move ubldr to a separate filesystem, mounted on /boot/uboot, so that a fresh install can boot correctly. Provide support in loader for booting 64-bit PowerPC kernels. Like amd64, 64-bit PowerPC kernels are loaded by a 32-bit loader, since nearly all powerpc64 firmwares execute in 32-bit mode.

Invent new LDR_INTERP for the loader interpreter to use. Use this in preference to LIBFICL{,32}. LIBFICL{,32} are now always defined, but LDR_INTERP{,32} is defined empty when building w/o forth (aka the simple interpreter) and defined to LIBFICL{,32} when we are building forth.
