Merge with OpenBSD whois (with bugfixes missed there)

New features are:
Automatic lookup using *.whois-servers.net
Recursive lookup using Registrar's name
Fallback to InterNIC for non-domains
-m for RADB database
-Q to turn recursion/fallback off

Obtained from:	OpenBSD
