"Fixed" assorted bitrot. remove_dev() was renamed to destroy_dev().

Browse Source 
VOP_ABORTOP() went away.  at_shutdown() was replaced by undocumented
event handling.  Rename remove_dev() here too, and remove the dead
and dead wrong man pages.
