Support functions for the new ACPI import.

* AcpiOsDerivePciId(): finds a bus number, given the slot/func and the
    acpi parse tree.
  * AcpiOsPredefinedOverride(): use the sysctl hw.acpi.os_name to
    override the value for _OS.
