[POWERPC64LE] fix sysctl dev.opal_sensor.* on little-endian kernel

- fix values returned by 'sysctls dev.opal_sensor.*.sensor'
- fix missing 'dev.opal_sensor.*.sensor_[max|min]' on sysctl
