fusefs: delete obsolete comments in the tests
I originally thought that the kernel would be responsible for ctime in protocol 7.23. But now I realize that's not the case. The server is responsible for ctime. The kernel only sets it when there are dirty writes cached, because that's when the server can't. Sponsored by: The FreeBSD Foundation
