u3g(4): Add device ID for the Quectel EM160R

Also add the EM160R to the man page, noting the work-around
required to make it function properly in PPP mode.

The Quectel EM160R is not officially supported in PPP mode.
In order to use it in PPP mode, the ctsrts option needs to be turned off,
for example, by adding:
