Build and install a BSD licensed grep.

If WITH_BSD_GREP is not set, it will be 'bsdgrep' and GNUgrep will be
'[ef]grep'. Otherwise, BSD-grep will be the grep family, and GNUgrep
will be 'gnugrep'.
