IfAPI: Style cleanup

Summary:
Clean up style issues from IfAPI additions.

Casts to (struct ifnet *) made sense when `if_t` was a `void *`, but
since it's a `struct ifnet *` it no longer makes sense.  Fix whitespace
errors, among others.
