Style police catches up with rev 1.26 of src/sys/sys/sysctl.h:

Sanitize SYSCTL_HANDLER_ARGS so that simplistic tools can grog our
sources:

        -sysctl_vm_zone SYSCTL_HANDLER_ARGS
