Use the new FDTCOMPAT_PNP_INFO() macro to define SPIBUS_FDT_PNP_INFO().

Also rename SPIBUS_PNP_INFO -> SPIBUS_FDT_PNP_INFO because there could be
other kinds of pnpinfo for other (non-fdt) bus attachments.
