Remove old devd rules for ActiveWire and Entrega Serial DB25
Those rules have been broken at least since 8-STABLE, when the port providing the ezdownload binary was removed (misc/ezload). Reviewed by: kevans, imp MFC after: 2 weeks Differential Revision: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D25686
