#ifdef'ed the declaration of lseek() so that -Wredundant-decls doesn't

Browse Source 
cause noise.

Duplicated the lseek() redeclaration hack for all functions involving
off_t's (ftruncate(), mmap() and truncate()) to help broken programs
work.
