Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
...
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Bring in my changes for removing the pestilent obj links (unless you

really want them) from /usr/src. This is the final version of the
patches, incorporating the feedback I've received from -current.

Got rid of a couple of binary files by uuencoding. 49 more to go.
BTW: ed(1) seems to have an exit(2) problem, 5 tests fail.
