Hajimu UMEMOTO	0193a2b4f1	The wcwidth(3) should return 2 about characters in JISX0208 codeset. ... But it returned 1. It fixes the problem reported by many Japanese people that tcsh 6.14 doesn't work correctly with ja_JP.eucJP locale.
