Change default init sizes from 64 kB to 60 kB, since the block device

interface limits it to this anyway.
Change the name of the v flag variable from 'verbose' to 'vflag',
indicating the multiple use (verbose or verify).
Add -S flag to specify the size of some operations.

If the wrong version of vinum(8) has been started (i.e. non-RAID-5
