Andre Oppermann	9a73687609	Add an mbuf pointer parameter to (*ext_free) to give the external free function access to the mbuf the external memory was attached to. Mechanically adjust all users to include the mbuf parameter. This fixes a long standing annoyance for external free functions. Before one had to sacrifice one of the argument pointers for this. Edward Tomasz Napierala	9732e4fd92	Move the old iSCSI initiator source to a more appropriate place (sys/dev/iscsi_initiator/ instead of sys/dev/iscsi/initiator/), to make room for the new one. This is also more logical location (kernel module being named iscsi_initiator.ko, for example). There is no ongoing work on this I know of, so it shouldn't make life harder for anyone. There are no functional changes, apart from "svn mv" and adjusting paths.	2013-08-22 14:02:34 +00:00
