Kevin Lo	e1b74f21f5	Add initial support for RTL8152 USB Fast Ethernet. RTL8152 supports ... IPv4/IPv6 checksum offloading and VLAN tag insertion/stripping. Since uether doesn't provide a way to announce driver specific offload capabilities to upper stack, checksum offloading support needs more work and will be done in the future.
