fbbd9655e5 Renumber copyright clause 4
Renumber cluase 4 to 3, per what everybody else did when BSD granted
them permission to remove clause 3. My insistance on keeping the same
numbering for legal reasons is too pedantic, so give up on that point.

afa94a3f97 Partially revert r255486, the first argument to socketpair() is a socket
domain, not a file descriptor. Use 'domain' instead of the original 'd'
for this argument to match socket(2).

c36029e6dc Consistently reference file descriptors as "fd". 55 other manpages
used "fd", while these used "d" and "filedes".

c2e3c52e0d Implement SOCK_CLOEXEC, SOCK_NONBLOCK and MSG_CMSG_CLOEXEC.
This change allows creating file descriptors with close-on-exec set in some
situations. SOCK_CLOEXEC and SOCK_NONBLOCK can be OR'ed in socket() and
socketpair()'s type parameter, and MSG_CMSG_CLOEXEC to recvmsg() makes file
descriptors (SCM_RIGHTS) atomically close-on-exec.

The numerical values for SOCK_CLOEXEC and SOCK_NONBLOCK are as in NetBSD.
MSG_CMSG_CLOEXEC is the first free bit for MSG_*.

The SOCK_* flags are not passed to MAC because this may cause incorrect
failures and can be done later via fcntl() anyway. On the other hand, audit
is expected to cope with the new flags.

For MSG_CMSG_CLOEXEC, unp_externalize() is extended to take a flags
argument.

2faeeff4c9 mdoc(7) police: Tidy up the syscall language.
Stop calling system calls "function calls".

Use "The .Fn system call" a-la "The .Nm utility".

When referring to a non-BSD implementation in
the HISTORY section, call syscall a function,
to be safe.

fbc400a67a Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage by an empty comment,
like so;

     .\" $Id$
     .\"

If the immediately preceding comment is a @(#) format ID marker than the
the $Id$ will line up underneath it with no intervening blank lines.
Otherwise, an additional blank line is inserted.

7bdf80e571 Correctly use .Fn instead of .Nm to reference function names
in a bunch of man pages.

Use the correct .Bx (BSD UNIX) or .At (AT&T UNIX) macros
instead of explicitly specifying the version in the text
in a bunch of man pages.
