701bb67bc5 ifnet: Rename DrvAPI to "IfAPI" 
"DrvAPI" is too generic a name.  Make the name more specific as "IfAPI"
(InterFace API).

fe01740653 * Handle ++x as well as x++ while converting. 
* Add special case handling where normal conversion would not work
  (some APIs have special names)
* Fix conversion for function calls involving ifnet
