Revamp the CAM enclosure services driver.
This updated driver uses an in-kernel daemon to track state changes and
publishes physical path location information\for disk elements into the
CAM device database.

SES Objects can have up to 64 KBytes of associated 'help' text- the
Sun A5000 uses this, for example, to give physical location information
(e.g., 'left power supply').
