Alexey Zelkin	75c84bca41	Optimize gencat(1) sources in same manner as its libc part some time ago: ... . remove SYSV compatibility bits . sort #include's . ifdef unused code . cleanup BDECFLAGS warnings . fixed few typos in diagnostics messages . style(9) fixes as part of this cleanup I have changed all K&R declarations to ANSI style.
