Initialize CLEANFILES.  All tty FONTFILES are objects.

49da4dfc8d Makefile.dev: 
Don't initialize CLEANFILES here.  Many FONTFILES are sources and required
special clean rules to avoid cleaning.

Makefile.tty:
Initialize CLEANFILES.  All tty FONTFILES are objects.

603ef010b6 Back out my ascii->latin1 change, too many special chars
