9005d65e46 With uart(4) default, change /dev/cuad# to /dev/cuau# and 
sio# to uart# so that out-of-the-box FreeBSD is consistent.

f557468cb8 Add an example of how to set up a 3-wire serial terminal. 
Usually, getty(8) does the trick, but if you just need a
serial console without getty(8), here's how.

4740b116be When resetting to defaults, reset drainwait to the current default pf 
`sysctl -n kern.drainwait` instead of to the boot-time default of 300.

143085107b Fix style bugs: 
* Space -> tabs conversion.
* Removed blanks before semicolon in "if ... ; then".
* Proper indentation of misindented lines.
* Put a full stop after some comments.
* Removed whitespace at end of line.

b68adff6b7 Style clean-up: 
* All variables are now embraced: ${foo}

	* All comparisons against some value now take the form:
	  [ "${foo}" ? "value" ]
	  where ? is a comparison operator

	* All empty string tests now take the form:
	  [ -z "${foo}" ]

	* All non-empty string tests now take the form:
	  [ -n "${foo}" ]

1130b656e5 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ 
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.
