Clean up the -j/-y/--bzip entry in usage().

Add the -U and --unlink-first options which are the offical verions of our

Add support for the "TAR_OPTIONS" environmental variable.

Make NOSHARED advisory where appropriate.
Remove bogus NOSHARED (kbdio).
