Although groff_mdoc(7) gives another impression, this is the ordering
most widely used and also required by mdocml/mandoc.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
...
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Minor corrections. The second parameter is actually of type int
...
(though only char will be used), and our implementation is not really
worse than the SysV one, so there's no need to claim so in the BUGS
section.
