Marcel Moolenaar	c58d580e70	Don't hardcode the address of the local (S)APIC (aka processor interrupt block). We use the previously hardcoded address as a default only, but will otherwise use whatever ACPI tells us. Doug Rabson	1ebcad5720	This is the first snapshot of the FreeBSD/ia64 kernel. This kernel will not work on any real hardware (or fully work on any simulator).
