Mike Smith	ba2ace5164	Change the queueing model used by the controller to drastically reduce the time spent at splbio(). Mike Smith	d5a51e03e7	This is a driver for the AMI MegaRAID family of controllers. It all of the AMI PCI controllers using the 8LD firmware interface (40LD firmware will be supported as soon as I have hardware to test with).
