54edb5043c Fix the following clang 3.6.0 warning in contrib/amd/hlfsd/homedir.c: 
contrib/amd/hlfsd/homedir.c:497:8: error: address of array 'buf' will
always evaluate to 'true' [-Werror,-Wpointer-bool-conversion]
  if (!buf || buf[0] == '\0')
      ~^~~

In the affected function, 'buf' is declared as an array of char, so it
can never be null.  Remove the unecessary check.

c4d9468ea0 mdoc(7) police: 
Avoid using parenthesis enclosure macros (.Pq and .Po/.Pc) with plain text.
Not only this slows down the mdoc(7) processing significantly, but it also
has an undesired (in this case) effect of disabling hyphenation within the
entire enclosed block.

f4208b7ea8 Merge our older Amd manpages with the new am-utils manpages. 
The am-utils manpages were un-mandocafied, un4.4BSD'ed with CSRG
copyrights regressed to 1989.

This work was done by Brian Handy who I am very greatful to.
(only a few minor tweaks by me)
