7b06334915 Use strlcpy() instead of strncpy() when copying ifname to ensure 
that it is NUL terminated.  Additional NUL padding is not required
for short names.

a5de41c600 Use NULL instead of 0 for pointers. 
fopen(3) will return NULL in case it can't open the STREAM.

ccfb965433 Add META_MODE support. 
Off by default, build behaves normally.
WITH_META_MODE we get auto objdir creation, the ability to
start build from anywhere in the tree.

Still need to add real targets under targets/ to build packages.

98e695d7fd Rework time handling. 
After I made the previous commit, I noticed the code does some things it
shouldn't. It casts a struct timeval to a time_t, assuming tv_sec is the
first member. Also, we are not interested in microseconds, so it is
better to just call time(NULL).

748611c9c0 mdoc: fix column names, indentation, column separation within each row, and 
quotation. Also make sure we have the same amount of columns in each row as
the number of columns we specify in the head arguments.
