Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
...
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Totally revamp the man page, update to the state of affairs.
...
Make a link from boot_${ARCH}.8 to boot.8, so people will get what
they expect when asking "man boot".
I think David will lynch me when i'm requesting this to go into 2.1... :-)
