1ba153e085 pkgbase: Add a FreeBSD-hostapd package 
Move the hostapd related files from FreeBSD-runtime to a new package n
FreeBSD-hostapd
The FreeBSD runtime is only intended to have everything for a working
FreeBSD installation and hostapd isn't needed for that.

91f5df38c9 MK_OPENSSL makes RELEASE_CRUNCH redundant here 
Since these things are more completely controlled by the MK_OPENSSL knob, remove
RELEASE_CRUNCH here. It's no longer needed for the release and other users can
use the more proper knob if they so desire.

df57947f08 spdx: initial adoption of licensing ID tags. 
The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.

Special thanks to Wind River for providing access to "The Duke of
Highlander" tool: an older (2014) run over FreeBSD tree was useful as a
starting point.

Initially, only tag files that use BSD 4-Clause "Original" license.

ccfb965433 Add META_MODE support. 
Off by default, build behaves normally.
WITH_META_MODE we get auto objdir creation, the ability to
start build from anywhere in the tree.

Still need to add real targets under targets/ to build packages.

80189b3b09 Replace all uses of libncurses and libtermcap with their wide character 
variants.  This allows usable file system images (i.e. those with both a
shell and an editor) to be created with only one copy of the curses library.

a061720cbb convert to using pidfile... This prevents multiple wpa_supplicants 
running at the same time causing problems w/ wifi not working..

the patch will be submitted upstream...  The next step if someone wants
to push it upstream is to break os_unix.c up so that all these other
utilities don't need libutil..
