2a408617a9 Enforce building with -aout, since building with OBJFORMAT=elf doesn't 
work.

Rely on ../Makefile.inc to set the the default for BINDIR.

daf09234ec Synchronize with ../biosboot/Makefile. 
- Remove reference to the obsolete options: BOOT_PROBE_KEYBOARD,
  BOOT_PROBE_KEYBOARD_LOCK and BOOT_FORCE_COMCONSOLE.
- Add reference to BOOT_COMCONSOLE_SPEED.

1130b656e5 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ 
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

(Why, oh why did this include file end up in isa/ rather than include/ ?)

972a3f282a Expose the control mechanism for serial console boot so that the default 
shipped with freebsd can be changed without modifying the Makefiles directly.

Creates:	BOOT_FORCE_COMCONSOLE
		BOOT_PROBE_KEYBOARD
		BOOT_PROBE_KEYBOARD_LOCK
		BOOT_COMCONSOLE			(port value for console)

078e82404e The intended usage is: 
cat /usr/mdec/rawboot /sys/compile/FOO/kernel | fdwrite

That should explain it all  :-)
