David E. O'Brien	0b91470ee9	Import the latest version ehopt.c from the Cygnus Sourceware anoncvs ... repository (dated 5-3-1999). This fixes the endless loop the assembler gets in when it is trying to decide how big part of the exception handling table should be on the Alpha.
