Geoff Rehmet	c368d11dd2	First level of changes for bringing in eBones (kerberos). ... - Get rid of inverse logic (NOKERBEROS and NOEBONES) in src/makefile, and replace with MAKE_KERBEROS and MAKE_EBONES.
