6849d7b959 Add Belkin USB 2.0 High Speed Host Controller to the USB controller 
list.

Note that this (and the very similar NEC uPD 9210) will attach with
the ehci(4) driver if available.

f3ae04d287 Grrr. We're going to maintain the present errata file until
