This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.
Corrected some bogus cross references to man pages that we don't/won't
have and either deleted them, or found a more appropriate man page
that we do have. Various other minor changes to silence manck.
Manck is currently down to about 200 lines of errors, down from
the 500 - 600+ when I started all this.
manual page can now also be read.
Change the references in MAKEDEV from com to tty and delete flog and add
sd instead.
Need much more work, but for today, after i lost my first changes through
a new sup :-), that's enough.
