2d68bf45bf Default to WARNS=2.
Binary builds that cannot handle this must explicitly set WARNS=0.

659c54f0bd Add MAINTAINER tag.

bd3c4bb29f Nuke the old antique copy of ipfilter from the tree. This is old enough
to be dangerous.  It will better serve us as a port building a KLD,
ala SKIP.
