c2ce63ecc4 list' should be an extern'd char **', not a local `char *' which we
never set. Ideally, we'd get the extern from tutor.h, but that
defines a number of other variables that conflict with ours.

This fixes a segmentation fault when trying to return to the main menu.

cd61331420 Move /etc/defaults/make.conf to /usr/share/examples/etc/make.conf as
discussed on the arch@ mailinglist (after repo-copy).

sys.mk will .error if it finds /etc/defaults/make.conf but include
it anyways (this is the same behaviour as with the make.conf.local
removal).

/usr/share/examples/etc/make.conf has BDEFLAGS commented out now,
since it's only an example file.

Adjust all textes that talk about make.conf or defaults/make.conf to
match the new situation.

09d142dfd5 mdoc(7) police:
Avoid using parenthesis enclosure macros (.Pq and .Po/.Pc) with plain text.
Not only this slows down the mdoc(7) processing significantly, but it also
has an undesired (in this case) effect of disabling hyphenation within the
entire enclosed block.

4d5e995904 A good sysadmin always carries around a few feet of fiber. If he ever
gets lost, he simply drops the fiber on the ground, waits ten minutes,
then asks the backhoe operator for directions.

a8ea886399 When a game ends that makes the top 10, the function insert_score in
score.c is called to make the new score file. But the case for KFIRE
(killed by fire) incorrectly uses strcpy instead of strcat (all the
other cases use strcat). This puts the string in the wrong place and
corrupts the score file.
