f249dbcc71 Spell void * as void * rather than caddr_t. This is complicated by the 
fact that caddr_t is often misspelled as char *.

1130b656e5 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ 
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

bc9c7467df Make two variables static so that the compiler warnings are 
vanishing. As far as i know rpc.rusersd is single_threaded, so
this shouldn't be a problem.

Now rpc.rusersd can run under inetd.
