cd3dbc2573 Avoid reading pass the end of the source buffer when it is not NUL
terminated.

If this buffer is adjacent to an unmapped page or a version of C with
bounds checked is used this may result in a crash.

9c261371ec Add restrict qualifiers where C99 permits them. All of these already had
restrict qualifiers on their prototypes in <wchar.h>.

5864b79cd2 Make the rcsid and FreeBSD IDs more sane in the wcs* and wmem* files.
Do the same for the non-wcs*/wmem* files while I'm here.
