ccd140ac08 Make sysinstall use the new debug.boothowto OID. It will now go 
straight into debug mode if you boot -v.  Also conditionalize some
annoying debugging output now that we have this ability.

306b268114 Invert the meaning of two questions in the Standard installation so just 
whapping "Yes" by default does not turn you into an anonymous FTP-supporting
gateway machine.  Those aren't the right "defaults."

2bfaac9755 If no distribution file is found, abort the installation. Previous 
behavior silently ignored the problem. This affects installations
from a filesystem, and possible other types of media.

8f7cefb3be If the installation media disappears in the process of installing 
a distribution, recognize it and treat as fatal media error. This
happens in the case of a timeout on FTP installations where the
user chooses not to select another FTP site, and resulted in
segmentation fault.

e9a9d8ebf5 Start the cleanup of PicoBSD build scripts and general build 
structure.
These changes have been discussed with Greg Lehey and posted on
freebsd-small (most things in the PicoBSD tree were already broken
so things can only improve!)

3190e369c1 This file has gone away. It's contents have become the starting point for the 
GENERIC HARDWARE.TXT now located one directory level up. This saves
people from duplicating all updates in i386 that are in fact generic.

these things architecture dependent and wpaul says wicontrol is
i386 only.

18cf424096 This is an ugly way to make HARDWARE.TXT live here again (instead of 
in [i386,alpha]HARDWARE.TXT. This particular file is destined to be
the generic HARDWARE.TXT. In [i386,alpha]HARWDARE.TXT the machdep
information will live from now on. This should fix the make release
failures people were experiencing.

8e0f26e8b8 Allow automatic 'pulling in' of machdep *.TXT files from ./texts/[alpha,i386] 
and concat these  to the corresponding generic *.TXT living in ./texts
This is currently aimed at HARDWARE.TXT but works for things like RELNOTES.TXT
too.
