7d65d42046 Fix bogusly declared WERRORs in kernel build
Many arm kernel configs bogusly specified WERROR=-Werror. There's no
reason for this because the default is that and there's no reason to
override. These date from a time when we needed to add additional
warning->error suppression. They are obsolete and were cut and paste
propagated from file to file.

Comment out all the WERROR=.... lines in powerpc. They aren't bogus,
but were appropriate for the old defaults for gcc4.2.1. Now that we've
made the policy decision to suppress -Werror by default on these
platforms, it is appropriate to comment these out. People wishing to
fix these errors can still un-comment them out, or say WERROR=-Werror
on the command line.

Fix two instances (cut and paste propagation) of hard-coded -Werror
in x86 code. Replace with ${WERROR} instead. This is a no-op change
except for people who build WERROR=-Wno-error :).

This should fix tinderbox / CI breakage.

c363b16c63 sys: Remove DEV_RANDOM device option
Remove 'device random' from kernel configurations that reference it (most).
Replace perhaps mistaken 'nodevice random' in two MIPS configs with 'options
RANDOM_LOADABLE' instead. Document removal in UPDATING; update NOTES and
random.4.

094fc1ed0f Tag all armv7 kernels as such in their machine config line.
Transition all boards that support arm cortex CPUs to armv7. This
leaves two armv6 kernels in the tree. RPI-B, which uses the BCM2835
which has a ARM1176 core, and VERSATILEPB, which is a qemu board setup
around the time RPI-B went in. Copy std.armv6 to std.armv7, even
though that duplicates a lot of stuff. More work needs to be done to
sort out the duplication.

3a86bcdd17 Remove HZ=<various> from all armv6 configs, put HZ=1000 in std.armv6.
All armv6 processors are plenty fast enough for HZ=1000.

No changes are made for older arm systems, because some chips are a bit
wimpy for 1000 while others do fine, so it has to be set on a per-config
basis.

eb6e1a0277 Ensure that all arm kernel configs contain ALT_BREAK_TO_DEBUGGER and not
BREAK_TO_DEBUGGER if they have a serial console (most do). A burst of
serial line noise (such as unplugging a usb serial adapter) can look like
a break and drop a working system into the debugger. The alt break sequence
(<CR>~^B) works fine on both serial and non-serial consoles.

4d892e4f22 Introduce support for the Alpine PoC from Annapurna Labs
The Alpine Platform-On-Chip offers multicore processing
(quad ARM Cortex-A15), 1/10Gb Ethernet, SATA 3, PCI-E 3,
DMA engines, Virtualization, Advanced Power Management and other.

This code drop involves basic platform support including:
SMP, IRQs, SerDes, SATA. As of now it is missing the PCIe support.
Part of the functionality is provided by the low-level code (HAL)
delivered by the chip vendor (Annapurna Labs) and is a subject to
change in the future (is planned to be moved to sys/contrib directory).
