aeaed50898 Move most of the 15 variations on generating opt_inet.h and
opt_inet6.h into kmod.mk by forcing almost everybody to eat the same
dogfood. While at it, consolidate the opt_bpf.h and opt_mroute.h
targets here too.

057b3c8c60 unifdef NFSCLIENT because the nlm depends on the nfsclient even if NFSCLIENT
is not defined.

Now the nfslockd module works with the nfsclient module.

e8c2bc2b71 Add '#define NFSCLIENT' into opt_nfs.h if the NFSCLIENT variable is 1
(the default is 1).

This makes the nfslockd module works for NFS client.

c675522fc4 Re-implement the client side of rpc.lockd in the kernel. This implementation
provides the correct semantics for flock(2) style locks which are used by the
lockf(1) command line tool and the pidfile(3) library. It also implements
recovery from server restarts and ensures that dirty cache blocks are written
to the server before obtaining locks (allowing multiple clients to use file
locking to safely share data).
