74ecc06fa7 mdoc(7) police: Change -filled displays (which just happen
to be the same as -ragged in the current implementation) to
-ragged. With mdocNG, -filled displays produce the correct
output, formatted and justified to both margins.

44f9c90d19 Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage by an empty comment,
like so;

     .\" $Id$
     .\"

If the immediately preceding comment is a @(#) format ID marker than the
the $Id$ will line up underneath it with no intervening blank lines.
Otherwise, an additional blank line is inserted.

28f122269b Do not install the now unsupported netns and netiso
related man pages. Comment out cross references to those man
pages from other man pages.

bda6e1c756 Correct a bunch of man page cross references and generally
try and silence "manck".

ncurses, rpc, and some of the gnu stuff are still a big mess, however.

This is a bulk mport of Mike's IPX/SPX protocol stacks and all the
related gunf that goes with it..
it is not guaranteed to work 100% correctly at this time
but as we had several people trying to work on it
I figured it would be better to get it checked in so
they could all get teh same thing to work on..

Mikes been using it for a year or so
but on 2.0

more changes and stuff will be merged in from other developers now that this is in.
