Nik Clayton	cfcae32408	Remove the comment about the occupied Palestinian territory not having a ... code designation, as it's code 275. Include the URL of the ISO3166 Maintenance Agency. This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.
