fa8093473b Integrate pjdfstest test suite execution into kyua
pjdfstest execution is opt-in and must be done as root due to some of the
assumptions made by the test suite and lack of error checking in the non-root
case

A description of how to execute pjdfstest with kyua is provided in
share/pjdfstest/README

e01d128a42 Subsume the functionality of MK_ATF into MK_TESTS.
There is no reason to keep the two knobs separate: if tests are
enabled, the ATF libraries are required; and if tests are disabled,
the ATF libraries are not necessary. Keeping the two just serves
to complicate the build.

08e6ea976b Update Bind to 9.9.3-P2
Notable new features:

* Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm keys and signatures in
DNSSEC are now supported per RFC 6605. [RT #21918]

* Introduces a new tool "dnssec-verify" that validates a signed zone,
checking for the correctness of signatures and NSEC/NSEC3 chains.
   [RT #23673]

* BIND now recognizes the TLSA resource record type, created to
support IETF DANE (DNS-based Authentication of Named Entities)
   [RT #28989]

* The new "inline-signing" option, in combination with the
"auto-dnssec" option that was introduced in BIND 9.7, allows
named to sign zones completely transparently.

c175365cec Add ATF to the build. This is may be a bit rought around the egdes,
but committing it helps to get everyone on the same page and makes
sure we make progress.

Tinderbox breakages that are the result of this commit are entirely
the committer's fault -- in other words: buildworld testing on amd64
only.

This change was noticed by ISC at:

and verified by me both by comparing the contents of the old and new
distfiles and by verifying the PGP signature on the new distfile.

25630ba729 bmake and other updates necessary for the BIND 9.8.x upgrade.
This includes a structural change regarding atomic ops. Previously they
were enabled on all platforms unless we had knowledge that they did not
work. However both work performed by marius@ on sparc64 and the fact that
the 9.8.x branch is fussier in this area has demonstrated that this is
not a safe approach. So I've modified a patch provided by marius to
enable them for i386, amd64, and ia64 only.

423102c6fa Flesh out WITHOUT_GROFF support to DTRT.
A full featured groff is required during buildworld, so build it always
and don't rely on it being present on the host system.

vgrind(1) is tightly coupled to a roff processor and will not be
built/installed when groff is disabled. Also much of the roff'ed
documentation under share/doc will not be built/installed when
WITHOUT_GROFF is defined.
