48ea0bec18 Make a lot of include-files self-contained. I excluded the patches changing
int's to gid_t and uid_t - should I commit these, too?

Closes PR misc/2625.

1130b656e5 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

75b6313053 Moved 1.1.5 RPC service files from 1.1.5. Tese are the correct ones;
the ones in /usr/src/lib/librpc/rpcsvc are somewhat bogus and will
be deleted.
